Easter:
My grandpa turned 90 a few days after Easter so we had a big celebration in South Dakota to celebrate his birthday! Almost ALL of my cousins were there and it was SO much fun!! Sadly Aaron had to leave on Saturday since he worked on Easter, but Tristen and I managed and had a fun Easter with family!!

Weekend in Des Moines:
The weekend after Easter, I traveled down to Des Moines with my mother-in-law to throw my soon to be sister-in-law, Sarah, a couple bridal showers!!

I had to try to get them all in before I can't travel anymore (and, get too uncomfortable....which, by the way, I'm totally at that stage now. Sleep is so uncomfortable these days....9 more weeks!)
The NEXT weekend was a birthday weekend celebrating my brother-in-law's birthday and my birthday. I had the privilege of taking Nate and Sarah's engagement pictures and just loved capturing fun moments between them!
And, then it was my birthday! Which, I don't have many pictures of!! :) It actually turned out to be a great birthday! Aaron took me out for breakfast before he left for his clinicals and then my parents and grandma came up for the evening! I definitely like living so close to family!! :)
And, that leads me to today! I am a deadline maniac and LOVE my deadlines. However, if I don't have a deadline, I often leave projects unfinished which is the case for the last 16 months of my son's life. I have many many projects I have wanted to do (decorating his room to scrapbooking his first year to doing things for the next baby.....) and now that I have a 9 week deadline until my due date, I'm SO motivated to get things done! The internet world is going to be on the back burner until I get it done and I'm looking forward to the last two months of our little family of three......yet excited to make us a family of four soon.
